99 expedition 5.4L-please help!

Hi all! New to the forum. I recently acquired a 5.4L expy. Ran like a champ, check engine for MAF or something with aeration, low on oil but otherwise in awesome shape for a 99. Does have a modification of sorts with a flip down screen and a legit VCR under the 2nd row pass side. Anyway, dies on me on the hwy in traffic. Still had full electrical, key would turn but the starter wouldn't kick over. Got it home and changed out Idle airflow valve, and discovered a bad seal on the fuel injector In the process. Replaced that too. Ran like a champ for a week and then did it again. Tapped solenoid and got her going and home again. Replaced solenoid. Still had electrical but wouldn't kick over. Replaced the starter. Still wouldn't kick over and something shorted and we lost electrical and blew starter. Have in total replaced: idle air flow, starter solenoid, battery & terminals (had wicked corrosion), starter (twice), relay 2 and 5 inside, relay 304 fuses 111 & 113 under hood. I read somewhere else on this forum about some issue with the fuse box in models before 03. Before I spend a million fixing this thing can someone share their experience with this issue? TIA!

Since your issue are more vehicle specific and not engine specific you should repost your questions in this forum for Expeditions: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum27/

Check the grounds, weird things happen due to faulty ground connections.

checked all the grounding & they're all good. Battery is good there is an issue between battery and fuse box I think since all the fuses are good.

checked all grounding, all are functioning well. There is power from battery to solenoid but something is gumming up the works from solenoid to starter and after we lost electrical.
