I have a galaxy s5 with up to date software and downloaded the android car play app but can't get it to work in the truck. I tried plugging it in to both USB ports in the front compartment as well as Bluetooth but no luck. The car play app shows on the phone but doesn't show on the truck screen. I'm mostly just looking for the nav option but also wondering what other apps are available to use in the truck? So far I've been using Bluetooth Spotify and it works great, but can't figure out the rest!

 

Do you have the android auto turned on in the sync 3

I took Android Auto off and put Ford Pass on, play my audio all the time from the phone, Pixel XL

 

Have you tried different cables? I know my android (Oneplus 3T) was very picky about cables.

 

I re-downloaded the app and it works now! Any other good apps we can use?
