Hi All.. Have another problem I need help with. My headliner is drooping on the driver and passenger sides. The truck 5 months out of warranty. I tried to get the dealer to do a goodwill repair one the headliner and they said they I would have to cover 1/3, dealer 1/3 and Ford 1/3 of the cost of $1300.. My truck had been in this dealer for another problem at least 3 times and still haven't fixed that problem and I was hoping they would cut me a break on the headliner because of the other problem. That's on another thread I have posted on here for (Trans Hummer noise). Any advice from anyone on here would greatly appreciated. Truck has just over 34k and is garage keep.
I think Ford should step up and replace my headliner without cost to me. This truck is too new for this to be happing. Maybe their head is to swelled up thinking their the best car company and don't have to good customer relationship anymore. I think you can tell I'm not a happy camper over this..
Take the headliner out, flip it over, lift back the cloth, spray it with 3M headliner spray adhesive, lay the cloth back down. Wait for it to dry and reinstall the headliner. There, I just saved you $492.00
Thanks for the reply Alloro... There are 2 humps in front of the driver and passenger. They are about 12" across and 2 1/2 down. There is resistance when you try to push them up. Therefore I don't think any amount of glue would them hold up. Not to mention taking out the headliner can't be easy task.
