Transmission Problem

I have a 96 F150 4x4. I am having a problem with my automatic transmission. It is slipping in drive but it works fine in reverse I changed the filter but it did not help. Any ideas ??

Transmission Problem

Well, on my E4OD, it turned out to be the foward drum and piston. $150 at RPM. Maybe not what you want to hear. Hope that helps

Transmission Problem

Somebody tells me that the transmmission have vacuum hoses, maybe one is out of place, you´ll need to see under the truck

Transmission Problem

Slipping in drive but not reverse could be the intermediate band needs adjusting, get the haynes out.
