Windshield wipers themselves came with either a single or two speed wiper motor (LO-HI). But, that has nothing to do with the washer pump. Same pump for both types of wiper motors. Makes it easy, at least.

I just measured the distance here and the two lower holes are 2 23/32" apart roughly. 3rd hole is just North of the forward most lower hole.

I was thinking they might have just left one screw out, but I'm not getting a measure of 2 1/5" between any of these.

The pump that ND and I are giving the number and applications for (thanks ND) takes its ground from the chassis ground and has a single hot 12V wire running to it that is activated by either the pushbutton or wiper switch, depending.

This is an NOS one, but it looks just like my used one, only shinier. On the left mount is a small grounding strap for the ground itself - since the thing is otherwise somewhat insulated from ground by the rubber mounting grommets.
