Center Headrest

2015 F150. Can the headrest in the front center seat be removed and if so, how?

Also the first thing I did. Buttons are on both posts if i recall.

It does take some effort.. The release buttons are deep down in there.

There is a button on the base of each post. Push them and remove it. Easy as pie
