Happy Saturday Guys,

Got my OBII to USB plug in yesterday and ran the truck with FORScan. Everything seems to be perfect from what I can tell.

At idle (operating temp):
IPR = 14.45%
ICP = 5000.00 kPa = 725 PSI

Everything picked up just fine when I was accelerating. Still stalled on me going down the road but re-started fine. I am convinced there is a short somewhere or the CPS that I got is not working properly.

Got a quite a few codes, see below:

--- PCM P1280: ICP Failure (Probably need to clear codes and see if this comes back)
--- OTC B1203: Fuel sender circuit short to battery. Module: Overhead Trip Computer
--- GEM B1318: Battery voltage low
--- GEM P1876: Transfer Case 2-Wheel Drive Solenoid Circuit Open or Short to Ground
--- GEM P1865: Transmission Transfer Case Contact Plate Power Short to
Ground
--- GEM B148: Brake On/Off Switch circuit failure

I’m sure some of these are just because I have been disconnecting the batteries and also needed a jump from trying to start it to many times.

I also noticed my OD light is flashing. It comes and goes which is odd. Need to look into that more.

For all those that offered there AE I greatly appreciate it. I feel with the FORScan I can figure something out.

Any more insight is always helpful. Thank you!

Just poping in to see what you find out. But put a OEM CPS in there. Lots of guys have had problems with other types. Check the wiring that goes over the valve cover also. It some time shorts out by touching bare metal.

I checked the wires again coming out of the 42 pin and UVCH with still no chaffed wires being visible.

I will get a OEM CPS and keep you guys posted.

Hi Kyle, I am happy with the guys at Rollen Coal, their at 32 mile and Van Dyke.
Like you I have that intermittent stalling pulling up to the light when it is warm. Unfortunately I am not throwing any codes and I have no clue what to look at next.

Hey jchamb11,

Okay, I think I know where you are talking about. I don't know what to do either. I am going to install a OEM CPS and keep chasing wires to see if there is a chaffed wire shorting out on some metal. If I figure it out I will make sure to post the solution here.

Hey Fellas,

Well from what I can tell the truck is up and running great. Turns out the CPS from Ford did the trick. Lesson learned to not get a "aftermarket" CPS. At least she has a new IPR & ICP although it was a bit pricey. Thank you for all the support and willingness to come out my way to give a hand.

Anyone around the white lake area? My CEL is on and the engine dies when going into drive.
