How's it running? The service interval is 100k miles. I would wait. I may change mine around 70k; currently has 30k miles. No issues and runs great! I bought a set about a month ago when I got a great deal from Pep Boys on ebay.
I'm with Mueckster ^^^.
At just 23k there shouldn't be any need to change those spark plugs for at least another 50K.
I'd check out the owners manual, but I don't think you really have much of a scheduled service until 100K. Unless an issue comes up.
Here's how I feel, yes Ford has a 100k Interval BUT if u read around a lot of people have had to change their Spark Plugs in a fraction of that time, myself included. My truck is a 2013 w/a 5.0 & last July, with barely 50k on her, I had been searching for a solution to my "slight miss" feel after a cold start & I discovered all this discussion on Spark Plugs.
So I figured why not & changed them, while changing the Plugs corrected the "slight miss" The job itself presented me with another problem If u look at my Link I am pasting below, you'll see that those little ******* bolts which hold the ignition coils down, can pose a problem themselves. Remember the 5.4 Plug issues? This isn't that bad but it will **** u off, anyway if u choose not to change your Plug's now, I would at least try to back out those little bolt's & add a dab of anti-seize....
And that's what I said, if there was an issue, than I'd absolutely start looking at spark plugs, And we all know that to expect to do nothing for 100K, is almost unheard of.

Unk Bob
That's one of the reasons I already bought the plugs. I have been thinking of removing them to check the gap and reinstall, if they look okay. If not, I have them on hand to change them out. Right now, I have no reason to do this. To me, the screws issue is not really going to manifest itself if I wait a little longer. All the threads will get a little TLC when the time comes. If problems occur along the way, they will be dealt with, accordingly.
