Had problems with the old 240 6banger. Lots of maintenance was needed so I sent it to the machine shop. All new springs, rockers, pushrods, studs and general resurfacing and grinding valves.
While we had it apart was the perfect opportunity to replace the core support and clean up tghe engine bay a bit. Also replaced the cam and cleaned & painted the engine.

Looks sweet! My inner fenders looked like that, so I put a coat of POR-15 on 'em top and bottom. Took 20 minutes, looks really nice and they aren't rusting anymore!
