My AC ducts look like yours. I have been unable to find any replacements. What did you do about them?
I didn't do anything about them, truck hasn't had a/c in years so I just removed them. I'm thinking about swapping heater box out with a non a/c unit one day

The dealer-installed ducts in my 77 had disintegrated, like these in the picture. I found ducts on eBay. If I recall correctly, the seller was an aftermarket AC outfit-perhaps vintage air, but not sure
Not to get off subject, but back to the terrible looking transfer case.....if it's coated in oil, get it clean before doing any wrenching on it. I washed the 900 pounds of oil and dirt off of mine, thinking I was headed for new seals. Pulled the upper plug just for the fun of it. Full to the threads. All the oil was apperently from the valve covers and pan leaking. Transfer case is fine.
