Bummer. The catalog shows that as Pin (tailgate outer support) 44474. And the nut is N620481-S2 (AM-18-M)-nut (support to body)-M8 hex. locking. Maybe NumberDummy can find a source for the bolt/pin?

NumberDummy is the guy that posted that. He's an ex-Ford parts manager and he has access to the parts network.

Yes, Bill, well done!

Aunt Blabby's working on his house. Not just his garage. Or so he told me in one of our several phone calls yesterday.

Chris (ctubutis) aka:

Mr. Clean: Dusting, mopping and vacuuming everything.

Mr. Fixit: Fixing everything that needs fixing.

Aunt Blabby: When asked not to say anything about an unfortunate circumstance, he opens his gopher trap and tells two other people.

Sooner or later, usually sooner, the other two people will tell others. So...it won't too long before everyone knows about it.

Wow that was fast. Thank you very much I will be calling on it once I have sent this. Strange that any place would have 82 of them but that is where I am calling first. I am looking at a 54 F600 I can't seem to find any after market or bolt on Disc brake kits. Is the market so small for that type thing nobody makes something to get it done?

From what I understand, the two other people put you on their prayer list, and they have a close relationship with our Maker and pray to him frequently - which AB was counting on and why s/he shared it due to concern for you. As for them sharing with others, my understanding is they have not and will not.

At least, that was what I was told when I asked what was going on.

Which deity might this be?

Some people (not I!) call the bible the worlds longest novel. I attended Catholic schools for 11 years, students were told not to read the Old Testament.

Close relationship with a Maker:

In the film Patton, during the Battle of the Bulge (December1944/January 1945), Patton asks a chaplain to write a weather prayer, that Patton could use to pray with.

The weather was so awful, allied aircraft couldn't fly.

After Patton prayed, the weather cleared up the next day. Patton told an aide he wanted to give the chaplain a medal, as "he stood in good stead with the Lord."

But this was typical Hollywood fiction. Patton did request a weather prayer and the event did occur the same way, but this was during the battle for Sicily in 1943.
