My daily driver is a 1947 Ford truck on a '85 E150 frame. The right rear seal was bad and changed but not enough to stop the bleeding.
Does anyone know of a, maybe later model replacement rear. I've not found any info on my own. Mine is 5 on 5 1/2- 8 inch Spicer with 3.08 gear. Truck runs real well with this set up and would really like to stay with the numbers I have. Rear wheels are special order ( and kind of expensive ) so 5x 5 1/2 is real important as is 69 1/4 width.
In my defence, I bought the truck half done 8 years ago and finished it. The build was too far along to change the frame when I got it, so that is why it's got what it's got. Thanks for the help.
