So I got my solid side window kit and I guess the 1st thing is to get those 2 welded bosses/nuts that the mirrors bolted too out of the inside of the door. Instructions say drill it out and I saw another recommendation to use a socket over the nut and a 5/16 24 both and tighten from the inside until it breaks loose, well, there isn't a whole of room to do any wrench turning inside the door with this method, and to drill it out I think the doors have to come off because I cannot get a drill with a 5/8 drill or whatever size they suggest to do it with them on, any other suggestions? Also if you buy a ABS headliner, my advice is don't try and cover it yourself, go to an upholstery shop and let them do it, I tried it myself to cover it in a matching upholstery vinyl and the compound curve at the rear of the panel got the best of me...I am so close to being done with this truck but yet it seems like everything I touch is a major pain in the a#*. Side windows, Headliner and put on hood (used flip kit) can only imagine what an ordeal that's going to be to get lined up) and I'm done,,probably another 6 months..or a year. Sorry to be whining..just tired of 1 step forward 2 steps back...
