2013 Escape windshield wiper

Is there a way to deactivate that last delayed stroke on my windshield wiper. It's very annoying and useless.

I think its called a courtesy wipe (I know I know). Im not sure about how it is in the Escape, but on the F150s its an option in the screen in the dash.
