2004 6.0 stalling
I have a 2004 6.0 133000 miles will be driving down the road will start to hesitate and looses powers and shuts off. wont start back up but if you wait 10 to 15 minutes will start up and run just fine. wont do it again. Just had new head studs put in new head gasket and egr delete 2 new injectors put in

You might want to check in the 6.0 forum... But I will say that the first thing they will ask is for data.
Do you have torquPro or forscan? when it dies you are going to want FCIM voltage, ICP, IPR and likely a few other stuff. If you don't have a proper scan tool, get one... they are required for diagnosing the diesels. Cheap too, you can get set for less than $40

Did you have HPOP stc upgraded, dummy plugs, & standpipes done while in there? Sounds like you have a hpop leak when it gets hot. You'll need to check numbers while cranking when the problem rears its head. Same goes with a hpo air test, do it when its hot.
Edit: also are you using oem oil filter & cap? Aftermarket filter & cap are no good
