Could someone explain to me how to bleed the ABS Hydraulic Unit on a 95 F350 7.3L 2 wheel drive?
I replaced the master cylinder ( bench bled properly ), replaced vacuum unit, bled breaks and still have spongy breaks, and if held, will go to the floor. The break warning light comes on.
Thanks Bib, I've viewed this, but still don't know how to bleed the ABS hydraulic unit. I see a bleed Bib screw, don't know sequence to complete the job.
If any body may direct me to the procedure, it would be so greatly appreciated so.
The sequence to bleed is RR, LR, RABS, RF LF.
The power bleeder is a good idea too, but not mandatory.
Your pedal that goes to the floor....does it sink slowly with normal pressure or does it goes to the floor right away if you push hard? If it sinks slowly, you likely have a leak or a bad (new) master.
