02 7.3 help please

so hello everyone first time posting last Thursday washed my truck driving home it dropped rpms then picked them back up did that 3 times then died hasn't started since checked all Fuzes and relays inside the truck all good don't have a way to check the relays under the hood. replaced the the cps checked the wire harness under the value covers have fuel Goin to and leaving the fuel bowl got a scanner and my rmps go up when I crank my hpop reads 2000 my ipr reads 14.7 eot reads 40 is there anything else o need to look for any help would be greatly appreciated need some help for guys that know more than I do

1) Did you use OEM CPS? Aftermarkets have a track record for not working right, even right out of the box.

2) Any windshield leaks letting water get onto/into your PCM or GEM? Look around for moisture under the dash.

I got it from ford it's the gray one and I'm not seeing and leaks or moisture around there

As far as fuel related issues go... How much fuel in the tank? More than 1/4? You could see fuel flow at the bowl with no load but not enough to sustain 60 PSI while running. Possible clogged screens in the tank as well.
