1995 Powerstroke E350 won't start

My friend told me to check the IPR but can't find the part on my van! Anyone know a link for diagrams? My repair manual is pretty lame.
We have replaced crankshaft positioner sensor, IDM relays, IDM seems good. Took it to a Performance diesel "specialist", he said there was a bent prong not making connection, corrected it, charged us a bit of money and we broke down less than 2 blocks away!
I love my '93 e350 / 7.3, way easier to maintain.

IPR is down the back side of the hpop on the front of the engine. With the fuel bowl there is tough to see and in a van I bet its really tough to see. Maybe someone will come along with a diagram.
