I bought my Platinum from Big Star. Its due for its first service and I am wondering who I should take it to. If you purchased the vehicle from them, do they supply loaner vehicles while the truck is being serviced?

I'm pretty sure all dealers will supply loaner vehicles if need be.

I can say from personal experience that is not true. At my former Houston area dealer, you only got a "loaner" if it was part of an extended warranty plan you had purchased, and even then, it was a trip to Enterprise for a rental car. They stopped offering loaners for whatever reason. I had to drive a Camry rental while my DPF was being replaced under warranty.
I've used McRee in League City for several years. They provide "loaners for Owners" if you bought your car from them, but I've never purchased from them because they won't deal as much as other dealers...probably due to the overhead of maintaining all those loaner cars. I've never heard of a dealership providing a loaner if you're just in for scheduled maintenance. Most provide a shuttle if you need to get to work or just don't want to hang out. Anyway, their service department has always treated me well.
