Drainage holes help
Hey everyone
I dont know if this is the right section, but i think you guys can help. I have a 79 ranchero, and i need to put drainage holes in the corners of the truck bed. the thing is that the top 1/4 under the bed is the storage compartment behind the seats. so if i drilled holes, it would flood the compartment. i decided im gonna put the holes in the corners and get some kind of hose that will dump the water out of the wheel well. does anyone have any ideas on this?? what can i use that will keep the hose attached at the top. any ideas will help. thanks!

You can probably pick up a drain for a swamp cooler. This is a flat plate that is held by a nut from below. A garden hose type connector will screw on the bottom. Put some hose on it and you should be set.
I had a 73, went from a 400, c6 to a 302, 4 speed. I never was happy with the power after that.
