I was curious is someone could help aid me in calculating my towing capacity.
What info do I need and how to I put it all together?

GVWR is the max weight of what the truck can weigh.... In you instance it is 6000 lbs minus the weight of your truck, which probably leaves about 1500 lbs. This is your payload. Or this is your truck PLUS the tongue weight of your trailer.
GCWR is gross combined weight, meaning the maximum weight your vehicle can move down the road.... which is the truck, all gear loaded on it, trailer weight and load on trailer.
Both GCWR and GVWR should be on your door sticker.
Realistically you should be able to carry about 2000 lbs in the bed or pull a trailer under 8000 lbs. You won't be setting speed and acceleration records but up to 55 mph for distances not going across the country the truck will do it.
it says gvwr is 6000 lbs....as far as floating axle I have no clue?!

That makes the rear axle a semi-floating version of the Sterling 10.25". You have a light duty F250. Everything is working against you to be an effective tow vehicle.

You have everything you need except the owners manual which will have charts for towing capacities. In my '90 manual a 4.9 with manual trans and 3.55 gears has a max GCWR of 7800lbs, with an auto that would be 10k.
