So I guess what should be my next steps. Of course I'm sure the turbo is shot but what is the chance of internal damage ?

I would consider sending the oil out for analysis - to see if there was much fuel dilution.

Edit - your post finally came up - after I posted - strange.

Did that to me too! I was thinking maybe I was spending too much time on FTE today
