Send it to Swamps. They can test them and rebuild them now. Testing seems very reasonable on price.

I found some info that says it could be open/short or mis-wired circuit. I did replace the external harnesses, but I went wire for wire, one at a time. I believe I should be able to ohm out my harness to the GPR shunt to see if something may be wrong there. I should also be able to make sure that all GP's are getting power from the harness without tearing everything back down. I think I can also test the wires from the GPR shunt to the 42 pin connector.
