Blinkers quit working a while back then a couple nights ago while driving my headlights dimmed until they completely went out then came back one and did it again then 30 or so minutes down the road did it again twice and the second time they did not come back on but the taillights marker lights cab lights brake lights still worked got home and checked all fuses 3 were blown replaced them didn't resolve the problem started testing wires with test light no power to either headlight checked power to markers(they still worked) as soon as I stabbed the wire lost all lights but brake and cab. What should my next steps be any input is appreciated.

One thing you might do is check battery voltage at the terminals with engine at a high 2000 RPM idle, with headlights on, heater blower on. Looking for something around 14 volts or so. Is it starting OK? Check for loose connections or ground straps, shorts etc.
I'm not sure what you said as I can't decipher it.
Anyway, these trucks are prone to problems with the headlight circuit in two places. The typical place is the wire going to the headlight switch. It frequently overheats and melts into surrounding wires near the switch. The second place is the dimmer switch.
