Pics in post above. I will say this, had it not been for the monster sized moon roof, my truck would have been completely trashed. I have one tiny one next to the moon roof, that even I can barely see. Area in front and behind moon roof looks good. I have a tiny one on the A pillar that obviously cant be fixed. The hood....well its going to be replaced, they cant fix that. My LOMAX tonneau, took it like a complete champ. Only 1-2 tiny dings. At this point, the hood is my real damage on the truck.
I have never been around anything of that size before.
The damage to the truck is a bummer but I am happy you are not reporting one of those hitting a person.
For low-cost dent repair to your car, try dry ice. Park your car with the dent in the sun and let the dent and surrounding sheet metal warm up. Then, wearing protective gloves, put a small block of dry ice over the dent. The rapid chilling of the metal will "pop" the dent without scratching the paint. Just not sure how Alumium would react.
My 5 month old 2011 F250 sat through golf ball size hail. Between the hood and roof there were over 150 dents. Also had a Mercury Mountaineer that sat in it with over 200 dents.
The brought a company into a local repair shop. I was very reluctant but the insurance company said they wanted to try that. The set up lights from all different angles and removed the dents. You couldn't tell where the dents were when they were finished. The Mercury was traded last year and I just traded the F250 in March. Never had an issue with either. I was afraid the paint may crack or chip but nothing.
Interesting, we had small dime sized hail a few weeks back and I had 47 dents in my hood and a few on the roof (full panel sunroof saved me in this case) as well as a few on the tops of the fenders and doors just under the glass where it's slightly horizontal. I must have a dud as there's no way it would hold up in anything larger for sure. In fact other people that were parked where I was and have metal vehicles had no damage at all.
Those are going to be tough. If it stretches the metal too far the dent repair guys cant do the repair. It is amazing what they can do. I have used them many many times. I have a few friends that have dent repair businesses. They stay extremely busy. Hope yours can be repair. The one on the front edge will be a booger.
Honestly on the hood, I am hoping for a new one. Those are way too big and that one nasty one on the crease, I dont see them being able to repair that.

I am in Dallas and watched storms go around us thankfully.
