NEED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ADVICE BAD

I've got an 05 F150 Lariat 4X4 5.4L. In SE Minn. A two part problem here but maybe related. Battery went dead. Tested and junk so replaced with a 900CCA battery. After it sits for approx. 5 days the battery will be too low to crank over. Took alt. cable off battery and problem stopped. Replaced alt. with brand new not reman. When it got cooler out and parked for winter (not cold yet) after sitting for a couple weeks battery was too low to crank AGAIN. Charged a slow trickle charge to full charge. After approx. 7 or 8 days was too low to crank again. Took cable off battery for alt. once again and charged battery a slow trickle to full power. After a week or so was too low again but darn cold out there now. Below zero in storage. I took the battery back and checked and said battery was junk. Warranted and upgraded to six pack gel filled battery. Still have the same problem. It doesn't draw the battery down all the time. Sometimes it will sit for as much as 2 weeks and show on my fluke it looses about .4V in that timeframe. Still will read over 12V. But the next time it will be down to 11.1 maybe less in a week. Now spring like weather still battery goes down in as little as 4-5 days. Also the other issue is my heated power mirrors. They aren't power folding. They seem to be heating but no power movement. This also goes back to last fall. I checked all the fuses I found in the owners manual related to the power mirrors. Tested with a fluke. Fuse numbers were 3,4,8,18, & 114. All checked good. Ford tech friend said replace the switch in the arm rest, they go bad quite often. I replaced it and no change. Is the any other fuses beakers or power points in the harness for the mirrors that may possibly be bad such as in the distribution box under the hood or anywhere. All the other switches etc. in the arm rest work. Windows locks and such but not the mirrors . If ANYONE HAS knowledge or a wiring diagram that could offer more help I'd be ever so grateful. The truck is in showroom condition. EXCEPT NOW MY ELECTRICAL ISSUE(S) FROM HE--!! Only has about 118,000 miles and in last 2 years about1,600 miles total. Please help if you can!!
Thanks in advance!!!

The rubber flex in the drivers door

It gets flexed so much that the copper breaks inside the insulation inside that boot .
Use sharp pins to peice insulation and look for breaks --
splice in new wire .

BCM module has been the topic of battery draw down

Body control module . You may have to have it repaired.Look for amp drain off positive battery terminal and start disconnecting stuff /pulling fuses . It seems to come and go so be patient.

Aftermarket stuff ?Stereos, remote start ,

Ford trucks do not like other than oem alternators either . Alt sometimes cause parasitic drain .

Turn everything off and leave the hood open, you may need to disconnect the engine compartment light. Lock the doors and activate the alarm or do whatever you normally do. Wait at least 15 minutes. As you disconnect/reconnected a battery terminal do you see a spark at the gap? Yes? Keep pulling fuses until you see no spark. I would start with the one that powers the mirrors. Or better yet put your Fluke in series between the negative battery terminal and negative cable in DC amps. What's it reading? Hopefully your not looking through smoke. 50 mA or less is the average. It's probably 100 or more, Yes? Pull fuses, disconnect Alt and/or starter until parasitic draw drops to normal, Then move on. I'm sure you've already checked your cables/ battery clamps connection/tension.

Hi Red;

Well tried swapping alt. with my brothers 06 F150 same as mine. My battery was low in 5 days with his alt. on it and his sat for 9 days and still 12.83 volts. All my truck has is OEM stuff. Including the remote start. 100% Ford original equipment. Only things not are exterior light bulbs. Headlight bulbs, tails turns etc. I've got a mirror issue too so we're currently checking to find out why the power adjust has NO power to the switch. Everything else in the door works fine heated, and turn signal mirrors all fine Just no power to the switch. Thanks For the response though NEVER too much info.

Hi Torqued;
Sent the email address as you requested in PM but no response so did you receive it? Please let me know where we stand. Have the truck at my buddy's shop now and waiting for schematic. Really appreciate getting them.
