These are rubber, correct? Are they just hardened, stiff, etc?
If so, I'd suggest soaking them in 10% Wintergreen oil and 90% mineral oil for about a week or so. Mineral oil is made from crude oil, like rubber, and can actually replenish stiffened rubber to bring it back to like-new condition. The Wintergreen oil opens the pores in the rubber, letting the mineral oil penetrate.
I would either...
A) Remove all seals, and put them in a mixing bowl of some kind, filled with the mixture of mineral oil and Wintergreen oil. This would probably be the most effective way, but it would take a lot of time, and wouldn't be very efficient if this is your daily driver.
B) Buy some Avon Skin So Soft. SSS has ingredients similar to the mixture above, and works the same way. If you went this route, you should wipe a thick layer of SSS on the seals, and let them sit for a day or so. I'm not sure how well this method would work, but it's easier to try than the first method. SSS gives off a weird fragrance, but I'm told it smells more fresh than it does 'perfume-y'.
Another option is buying all new seals. I believe LMC sells them for your truck.
