Alternator Fuse Link

I have no output from Alternator. Bench tests fine. Grounds test fine. Connector cable to instrument panel is 12V with key on. Connector cable to Fuselink has no voltage with key on. (I also tested for continuity between connector and starter. No connection) Is it a safe bet that the fuse link is blown? Any idea how you go about replacing that?
