You don't need anything to relocate them. For the fronts just go in there with a pair of pliers and gently bend the brake line mount down. Put a zip tie on the lines and around the shock to keep them from hitting the tire when turning. In the Rear same thing, just gently bend the mount down a bit. Also flip the e-brake mount (on the driver's rear frame rail) around so you get more slack on it and so it won't hit the spring.
