Simple question

Did all 1976-77 Ford Pickups with the camper special pkg come with a 460ci engine?

No.

460 available 1973/79 as an option, but there were other optional V8's available. 1973/76 used different V8's than 1977/79.

1973/76 F350 Regular Cab Super Camper Special (140" wheelbase) came with the 360 2V; 390/460 optional.

1977/79 F350 Regular Cab Camper Special (140" wheelbase-Ford dropped "Super" after 1976) came with 351M, 400/460 optional.

I would like to add to this Camper Special debacle....Did any with the 460 come with a 4-speed? Or were they simply ALL automatic? Cue Jeopardy music....

All 1968/82 460's only available with C6. 460 not available with M/T or 4WD until 1983.
