I don't think there is any certain tightening order to prevent warping. I usually start with the middle bolts and go in a circle working my way to the outer bolts.

If your headers have separate flanges at each port, it really doesn't matter. If they have a common flange for all the ports then start at the middle and work out; alternate front/rear.
