Wondering what that value is worth, I cruised the web but everywhere was totally different. It's a 1977 short box, yes the front end looks like a 78-78 but it is a 77. Had a 400 but replaced it with a 460. Sadly it's an automatic, paint job isn't factory obviously. Complelty redone interior also not factory. It's not a high boy just a has a small lift. Used to have shaved door handles, gas tank and tailgate but I replace that, living in Canada the pop doors suck in the cold. Has zero rust, and I mean zero, it's a prairie truck that's never seen salt and hardly any snow. Yea it looks dirty but it's super clean, and the hoods up because I had to change yet another cdi box, hei is on order lol
And if there's anything I'm missing just ask, not super knowledgable on the in and outs of a vehicle but I'll do my best.
Obviously hard to say off one picture, hard to say off pictures in general. If you're seeing prices all over the web, the lower ones are probably selling. If you're trying to justify to your significant other, then pick the high ones of course!
That's a $6-8k USD truck around here if the condition is as good as you say it is. That jumps up a bit if it has functional AC, but that's a lot less important up north.
For comparison, I sold my 74 2wd 390 auto with 85k on it for $4500 last week. I probably had $3500 worth of new parts in it, interior completely redone.
Do a search on ebay, use advanced option to show completed listing only and see which ones actually sold.
And, as Dad always tells me, "it's worth whatever the next guy will pay."

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it... it's called "the free market".
x2 on HIO, its really worth whatever someone is willing to pay. If it is truly rust free you should fetch a good dollar and can sift out the tire kickers looking for a beater. Not sure of Canada market, but in Michigan or the northern US it would be worth a good amount. The same truck that would sell for 8k in Michigan being rust free may be only worth 2-3k in NM/AZ. Location will really determine the value of it. Look around at local ad's to get an idea. That and use Steven's advice, search eBay and go to 'Sold listings' to show what vehicles actually sold for, not what people are asking for them.
Buddy of mine just bought a SCSB rust free 4x4 down here for 4500, but i also sold a completely junk body 79 SCSB 4x4 (PO used it as a mud truck, roof was gone) for $1600 awhile back to someone who wanted to restore it.
So many things come into play with the Ol'e 'how much is it worth' question.... I watch the trucks in the northwest (usa) weekly via classifieds, ebay and CL..... For me personally, if there's no mention of recent or documented engine rebuild I don't care how good the interior is etc.... Now the zero rust statement is huge on these trucks and will bring some value, given the information you provided that smells like a 5k-ish truck in my neck of the woods (west), but your local area really will dictate a lot of the demand value also.... If a clean truck like yours only pops up once or twice a year in your area, you have yourself a good investment and reseller..... Good luck
