After install and hanger modification, amazingly better sound from the rear at idle and a kick in the pants acceleration with pedal down at 2000 RPM and 45 MPH.
No I did not cut the stock open, I will say the new Gibson has a throatier sound vs the stock and there was no loss of the resonator, on my 6.2 L system I only discovered 1 resonator.
