Part number confirmation please

I have a NOS drivers side flareside long bed side panel with the part number C4TZ-8327841-A marked on it. Could someone (ND possibly) please verify this is the correct part number? I got it from a friend who said it would work on my 74 but the fender bolts are in the wrong location. I think it is for a 61-64 model. Want to sell it but need to verify exactly what it fits.

C is decade of 1960s
4 is fourth year

You're correct-it's a 1964 engineering number

PapaBear I realize the C4 stands for 1964. What I need to know is if the complete part number is correct.
