Springs and Shock Replacement Advice ; Nut Sizes
Hi All,
I'm replacing my front and rear shocks and springs in my 1992 E150 and I have a few questions.
I am buying an air tool set up (impact wrench and air wratchet; compressor) and I don't want to buy too many sockets. So I'm trying to figure out the size of a few nuts as I need to buy impact sockets and some deep sockets to remove a few of these bolts. A range would be fine, as I'm going to buy a deep socket set and a impact socket set.
#1) Nut at the base of the coilspring (also do I loosen the inside one, the one at the bottom of the frame, or both).
#2) Nut at the top of the shock.
#3) Ubolt nuts on leaf spring
#4) Nuts holding the leaf spring ends in place
Any other tips for this job would be appreciated.
