I have seen a few F250s with the 300/4.9 and a ZF, they were more common than you may think but many were unceremoniously disposed of as they aged.

Interesting. I've heard of them but never talked to anyone who actually saw one. I had to build my own. Bought a 92 with a dead 351 and put a warmed up 300 in it. A great combo.
