Hi Greg! I hate that I can't see a lot of pics on here. I have to come back at night when I'm home, especially in the tech forums. Drives me nuts. And, then I have to fight the kids for computer time!
Well after a year of talking myself out of getting my knees replaced, I decided it was time. So April 11 I go to get the first one replaced. It is scary, yet I'm ready as I will ever be. I will most likely wished I would of done it sooner. Then this summer I will get the second one done. God willing this is the plan.

Craig, I had my left knee replaced in 2015. Best thing I ever did. I think you'll be pleased by the results! I know I don't miss the constant knee pain!
Had a great weekend here. Saturday I went with Dave and another member of the local Bronco club on an exploratory mission. They wanted to see if we could make it to the Dumont Dunes in Cali by way of trails instead of highway.
We succeeded, but had to return by highway due to freak accident involving a screw and Dave's radiator. We were able to do a trail fix and got him home safely.
My burly escort at the start of our adventure. Funny how Sundays trip ended where Saturdays began.
A gratuitous shot of Dave's BA Bronco
And a shot of us following behind Dave after the trail fix to make sure there were no issues.
Sunday, the minion and I went out with our local 4x4 club, Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers. It was a run that goes over Mt. Potosi and ends at the Pioneer Saloon.
Had a great time with friends, good food, and great locally made Sasparilla on tap.
Finally managed to sneak on the computer at home! Great pics, Greg, looks like you guys had a blast!

Thanks Pat, that is what everyone I know says. I had to wait 4-6 months after my shoulder surgery I had in Nov so I could rehab my knees. Mine are way over due. I walk like an old cowboy with bowed legs. Its starting to hurt my lower back. I don't want to ruin my hips.
Kermmydog, most important thing is to get tough and DO YOUR REHAB! People that don't want to deal with the pain of rehab, especially with knees, find that they aren't much better off than before surgery. People that take their rehab seriously and do what they are directed by therapists earn many years of pain free knees and wonder why they didn't do the surgery sooner.
