antenna mount options

I normally run three antennas on my old truck, all three being magnetic mounts, have any of you guys switched to something for an aluminum mount?

I made a T shaped piece of metal that has a flat square top and a blade underneath it all of 1/4 steel. The blade fits in the square hole on the top rail of the truck bed just behind the driver. It is secured by a bolt through the hole on the inside of the bed. Then on the flat top piece of metal is where I mount a fiberglass whip. The cable is routed inside the wall of the bed to underneath the cab and through an existing hole in the cab under the carpet to the front of the cab. This has work on all of my trucks.
