Man, those pictures are hard to look at Amorello. I feel your pain, but to a much lesser degree. My truck had transmission failure due to the defective fittings/lines that were recalled. As I was picking my truck up yesterday afternoon, in a moment of weakness, I was looking at a black 350 SRW Platinum. I inquired about it but my salesman said it was reserved for a customer who was getting his truck replaced under the Lemon Law. This is in north Florida and I don't know the back story, but is this something that is happening with some regularity? No conspiracy theories here but I hope it's not something that is going to be widespread.
As a side note, I got a letter from Ford for a recall on Tranny lines that could leak due to an improper angle. Seems like this old wooden ship has a lot of holes. At this point it is funny. My neighbors think I bought a new moderately optioned Expedition because I have been driving the loaner for so long.
Next step is to file this form

I filed a Lemon a law against an Expedition purchased at Sawgrass Ford back in 2001. They were slime at the time.
I am not up to the current Florida process but when I filed the BBB "Despute Settlement Board" was the arbitrator. The manufacture was bound to their decision but the consumer was not.

That's good to know, because when I need to call the state attorney to talk about a lemon law issue, the first thing I like to do is bring up politcis!
No pics of the block but this was how I saw it before the truck was taken in
Bummer. It would have been good to see and document where the crack was in case this becomes a trend. I'd venture a guess that you won't be the only one with this problem. Whatever defect occurred in manufacturing yours, whether a materials quality or manufacturing process issue, could have affected a series of blocks made around that time.
that sucks what your going thru. hopefully u get take care of.
So this is what i did for my Nissan Titan XD just before i bought this truck.
Go online and file a claim with BBB autoline.
then call them very helpful people. they do all the work for you.
all u have to do is file claim and upload required documentation.

bbb is a scam. It basically like the mob. Businesses pay this private company protection money.
