Thumbs up 1960 F100 manual steering to power steering?

Does anyone know if there is a way to use the CPP’s series 400 conversion power steering gearbox on a 1960 F100
with a 3 speed transmission on the original steering column...
Looking for someone that may have done the conversion and what they did to connect the original column with the 400 gearbox???
Advise...
Thanks,dself3400

Hi there, I was wondering if you received an answer to your question? I am interested in that myself. Have a good afternoon.

Questions & WTB (want to buy): 1960 F-250 Flareside Hood (for f250 4x4, same as f100 4wd hood?))

Can anyone advise how I can refer to the 1960 F-250 hood that dips down in the front and has a raised center running from the grill to the cowl so as to distinguish it from the smoother 1960 Ford pickup hoods? I see that some interchange 1960 F-100 hoods are also exactly like I just described, but some are relatively flat and smooth and therefore not precisely the correct shape for my F-250. Would all specifically 4x4 F-100's from 1960 have the raised center cowl-to-grill protrusion that I need?

I put pictures of the CORRECT hood and the WRONG hood below (a picture is worth a thousand words, right?)

In any case, I am looking for an 1960 F-250 4x4 Flareside hood. Can anyone let me know if they have one, or know where to get one, and if you don't have one or know where to point me to in order to get one, can you give me your opinion of what the going price should be?

Correct 1960 Hood in red - What is this hood called (how is it referred to, or part # is the only nomenclature) vs. the wrong one below?

The wrong '60 hood. What is this hood called vs. the correct hood above it?

Thank you very much for any help you can give me!
Jason

The first pic is correct and the only hood for a '60. Sometimes referred to as the one with mail box slots! The second pic is a '61'-66 hood

Thank you! To clarify beyond all doubt, you mean all '60 F100's, F250's, and F350's, whether 2x4 or 4x4, Styleside or Flareside, all have the same mail box slot hoods?

Can anyone tell me if the doors are the same in all 1960 F100's and F250's, regardless of whether the pickup is a flareside or styleside, 4x4 or 4x2?

I'm fairly certain that they are.

*WANTED* I know this is a big ask, but wondering if anyone has a line on a Y-Block bellhousing for a 3-speed manual for 1957 (i.e. with slave cylinder mounts). I think this is going to be the hardest thing I have left to get tor my restoration project. Any leads would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Hello All, I'm looking for a set of Cragar S/S 15x8 wheels for my F-100, or something close (Alum Slots, TorqTrust, etc.). They dont need to be perfect as this will be a daily driver not a show piece. PM me if you have anything Thanks!
