original seat question
I've found what I think is a '58 bench seat. It is in a '58 in the local Pick and Pull yard. The question is, is it the same or close enough to being the same as an original '56 bench? I really need to get the "Other Manufacturer" seat out of my truck and do the interior.
By the way, if anyone in the San Jose, CA area needs a pretty clean '58, I think you could buy this one out of the yard. I didn't see any cancerous rust in the cab and the bed sheet metal looked good enough to pound out a couple of dents and repaint.
