Exclamation Need help with front end work

I need to replace most of the steering setup on my 92 F250 (tie rod ends and the longer of the two drag links) and I need to know the torque setting or how to go about tightening the nuts on all the tie rod ends. Should I just do it like a bearing (snug it down tight, back it off, then tighten slightly again) or is there some other procedure I need to do? Let me know ASAP, I'd like to get this done in the morning. Thanks in advance!

Tighten the nuts to 50-70 ft. lbs and align the cotter pins WITHOUT backing the nut off. Never back the nut off once tightened.
