2C-11500-A .. Windshield Washer Switch & 1951/52 truck starter button! (Motorcraft SW-287) / Obsolete ~ 10 available NOS
1965 F100/250 / 1966 F100/250 with single speed wipers.
1966 F100/250 with two speed wipers: The washer switch is made as part of the wiper switch.
For 1966 model year they didn't change to the integrated washer switch for two speed wipers until October, 1965 - serial 760,001 was the cutoff for F100/350. Prior to that they used the separate washer switch with two speed wipers. The separate switch was always used with single speed wipers.

My s/n is 86xxxx (very late production '66) and it had the separate switch and factory wiring that went to it. No matter, I'm planning to install the factory integrated pull to wash switch with a 2 speed motor and install an auxiliary fuel switch in that location.
I'm not sure I can trust the MPC though. Aanything is possible but it's hard to imagine someone going through that much trouble to install a one speed wiper and switch.

Look up 2C-11500-A and you'll see that in 1966, it was only listed for single speed wipers.
How many '66 F100/250's were assembled between serial number 732,000 & 760,001?
These serial numbers apply to all trucks, Bronco's and Econolines.
Yes, but we know the MPC has several errors and quite a number of ommissions, too. Ask yourself how trucks prior to 760,001 would trigger the washer pump with the two-speed wiper and I think you can imagine the answer.
I have these trucks in my own list. This is just a small sampling of what was built, so I'd say quite a lot of trucks.

Larry, I might be misreading that, but it sounds like yours is a single speed motor and you had the separate push to wash switch - that would be correct for all serial numbers in 1966.
The integrated washer/wiper switch only applied to 2 speed wipers.
Yes, I had a single speed motor with separate switch and a late serial number. From your post it looked like I should have had a 2 speed motor with integrated switch, but maybe I'm missing something.
So perhaps what you meant was if you have a 2 speed motor then beginning with serial number 760001 you got an integrated switch?
