Does anyone agree that the whole system is crap and should be regarded as a low point in Ford trucks?
Course if it were up to me all 4x4s would have only a manual transfer case selector and locking hubs
i replaced the oem hubs on my 2006 F350 just because they were tough to turn, so I decided to replace them with Warns. Haven't had any issues with the actual 4x4 system though.
Haven't had any issues with my 2011 F350 either; all still original parts.
I used to have a 95 Bronco with the push button 4x4 and fully automatic hubs (couldn't manually lock them). That system was crap; died on me twice if I recall.
