Seriously though watch Craigslist. They pop up from time to time and can be had for around $200 or so. Shipping isn't as bad as you would think if you use Greyhound, but finding a seller that want's to go through the effort is a stretch though Plus there's the issue of color... What year is your rig BTW, the stitching is different from year to year IIRC. I know the backs of the front seats are.
I know it's a long shot but hey you never know. Your reply made me laugh though. It's a 2000 but with as rare as these have become I'd be more than willing to re-cover them
I may have a friend looking to sell his middle row captains, I will ask him if he is still wanting to sell them.
Thanks, let me know. I may have a lead at local scrap yard but I think the guy on the phone is confusing front buckets for center. I won't know until Saturday
A wrecking yard not too far from you claims to have a nice set of leather 2nd row buckets from a 2001 for $300. It is Dave's A-1 in Bunnett FL 386-437-3025
Another yard in Jacksonville FL has a set of tan leather 2nd row buckets from a 2004 for $150 for the pair. Call Scott at Rusty Acres 800-782-4885 for these.
Thank you sir!! I'll follow up with them tomorrow and let you know what I find. I have the local salvage yard here in Orlando that claims to have a set for $200 as well. Why does work have to get in the way of a man wanting to upgrade his truck
Thanks but I'm looking for tan and at that price they'd have to be perfect. I'm waiting on Dave' A1 to call me back tomorrow. Almost decided to take a road trip there Saturday, but luckily called. They are closed weekends. Went by the yard near my house and of course no seats, he was sure I meant expedition over the phone. If Dave's has them I'm going this week
I gave up on finding Ex buckets and installed ones out of a navigator. $30 at pick and pull. I just replicated the factory bolt brackets for a fairly simply install.
Also moved them back 6" and installed a ARB fridge that is removable.
