Sedan wheels

Will a 52 pickup hubcap fit on a 47 sedan wheel. The sedan wheels have the inner nipples like the pickup. Or are there other differences I'm not seeing?

Yes, should fit. They both have an 8.092" diameter hub cap mounting. The sedan rim is 4.00" wide where the F-1 rim is 4.50" on the 16" sizes. Stu

Thank you, I got a set free. They will have to work until I can find a set of truck wheels, I just couldn't beat the price.

Either will serve you well. And accept the same tires. The 4.50" variety are getting pretty spendy at the big swap meets. Stu

My only concern would be whether they will work on tubeless tires?

I've run tubeless radials on stock rims with no issues. I did make sure the wheels had no rust, cracks, etc. I or my dad have done this on the following Fords: 1937 sedan, 1940 sedan, 1946 sedan, 1950 F-1, 1952 sedan, and 1953 sedan. We have never had an issue.
