I have that exact same kit & yes I agree the directions where kind of difficult to follow but manageable.
For the actual task once you get done, very easy! I have done 6.4 deletes and the 6.7 I would do 10 times to one 6.4. Sorry I don't have any videos but just a few tips.
-Remove the serpentine belt to keep the coolant off it and wash the pulleys with simple green after the install to stop the belt squeak afterward.
-Be sure to drain both coolant systems before starting.
-The 10mm nut that is the ONLY pain in the a$$ to get too, just needs to be loosened and the bracket will slide off. It has a slotted hole. I didn't know that, I took the nut all of the way off then realized it was a slotted hole. Probably dropped the ratchet wrench 5 times too. Maybe tie a string to it so when you do drop it, you can easily recover instead of climbing back down and having to go under the truck multiple times.
-Lastly, be sure to spray any bolts that go into the exhaust manifold with lots of penetrating oil. I broke one of and had to drill and re tap the hole. That set me back probably an hour.
Other than that, it is really easy. If you get stumped, PM me with your number and I'll probably be able to call you and give you assistance over the phone and/or texting pictures.
The 10mm nut I was talking about may br possibly a 13mm. I can't remember exactly. It is the only nut that needs to come off that is on the back side of the passenger valve cover.
