Yet another tire question

No wear issues. They are the smoothest, best balanced large AT tires I've ever had. The Next best were the Bridgstone Dueler Revos. I haven't rotated them either, but will soon as I tend to rotate around 10-15k miles on my vehicles. And I never re-balance my tires. One they're balanced well and don't cause any vibrations, I don't mess with them. I have no tolerance for wheel/tire vibrations.

My truck is about 0.5-1mph slow compared to a GPS app. I should look at it against my Garmin as well. But if I was to jump to the larger tire, I'd only be off by 1-3mph. I'm curious if Ford calibrates each speedo based on tire size or picks a happy medium.
I just did some price shopping as well the 275/70 is actual $40/tire cheaper than my stock 275/65.

Ask your dealer where they get their trucks leveled or if their own service dept does it. You can get a better price. 4wheel parts will negotiate some too. The Toyo Open Country AT II 275/70/18 was on OEM tire on Super Duty trucks for 2015/16, so your dealer may be able too get a better price for them.
I had my truck done at a local shop with 5 tires (I wanted a matching spare) and an alignment for $1800 even.

Here are some random thoughts.
1. I'd buy tires from a tire shop with plenty of stores around me. I've had my local 4WP do work on my past rigs, but there's just one store anywhere near me. All the other stores have closed. A few years ago, I had an air leak in an aftermarket wheel (yes, wheel) when I was in a different state. It was great to walk into the local store and say "Fix".
2. I've received multiple quotes from different tire shops around me for both 275/65 and 275/70 tires. Four tires are ranging from $1,050-1,300. I'd also looked at new shocks (Bilstein) that were going to be $850 installed. So your price seems pretty reasonable to me.
3. I've watched a few Youtube videos on installing leveling kits. Our front suspensions are not easy to work around and you'll need an alignment afterwards. All that is a factor in the cost of install.
