1974 F350 Truck Value

I am handling the estate sale of my brother in laws stuff. He was a mobile fork lift mechanic for 40 years. He has a 1974 F350 with a service bed that we need to sell. I am looking for some idea of value since i cannot find anything comparable. It has a 460 (with only 3000 miles on it), manual trans, dually. I would consider it to be in fair to good condition for age. Does anyone have any idea on what the value of this truck might be. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

BLUF: Whatever someone wants to pay for it.

Since no pics its very difficult question to answer, also, I would assume you want it sold yesterday so I would throw it on an auction site with a starting bid of your min amount acceptable based on a ratio of the estates outstanding debt.

Value will vary a lot depending on what section of the country you are in. A good solid rust free truck is worth a whole lot more in the rust belt than in a no rust area. Receipt for that 3000 mile engine will be a factor. Sounds like it may be a truck that would have value to an independent contractor who wanted to step into a basic, easy to maintain working truck. Too many factors to SWAG a value without detail pictures.
As suggested, put it on an auction site with all the accurate information you can gather. Lots of detailed pictures will go along way to sell the truck.
Probably not a lot of financing available for such.
Sorry for the loss of your BIL.

My slightly banged up, rust free '78 Custom 2wd dually with a Stahl 8' body, okay 400, 4 speed, bad seat, needs tires, questionable title service truck cost $900 at auction with a 350 gallon fuel tank in the back. 2wd's just don't bring much money up here.
