Cleaning underbody

i live on a farm and own a tractor capable of picking one end of my truck off the ground. Would it be advisable to lift at the rear from the trailer hitch so I can pressure wash underneath the truck?

My old boss used to put a lawn sprinkler under the truck and move it around and let it spray all day after 4 wheeling. I always figured it would work on the salt too.
